the shūmatsu brunch begins with table-served Zuma’s signature cold dishes and sushi / sashimi platters. explore the newly unveiled baikingu station— set in front of the robata grill, where chefs showcase their artistry. enjoy our delectable main courses, featuring tempura, shrimp and chicken karaage, sweet corn with shiso butter, tiger prawn with apple chili miso, tsukune chicken with teriyaki glaze, Japanese oden, pork gyoza with spicy yuzu truffle, Japanese takoyaki with nori, bonito, and yuzu mayo, barley miso chicken, pork rib with spring onion, and Australian angus sirloin steak and saba fish with Japanese herbs, ginger and spring onion.
