ZUMA, contemporary japanese restaurant from creator and co-founder rainer becker, opens its doors on january 28th 2017 in las vegas.
ZUMA at the cosmopolitan marks the group’s first restaurant on the west coast. designer noriyoshi muramatsu of studio glitt, who has worked with the group since the first venue, has again been commissioned to create the interior of the las vegas outpost. the design keeps with rainer’s vision of an environment where natural elements create a warm and elegant backdrop spotlighting the textures and flavors of the menu.
inspired by the informal izakaya dining style, the international restaurant features a modern japanese cuisine that is authentic but not traditional. the menu is designed to be shared and offers dishes from a sushi counter, main kitchen and a robata grill. since its opening in london in 2002, ZUMA has achieved global success and expanded to nine locations in six countries. each new restaurant celebrates the unique energy of the individual city whilst retaining the style and ethos of ZUMA.
ZUMA las vegas will be looking for dynamic professionals to join the team. individuals must be highly motivated and passionate with outstanding attention to detail.
