the london based award -winning restaurant zuma in rome, opened in march 2016. located in the iconic palazzo fendi, with an independent entrance in via della fontanella di borghese, zuma covers two entire floors of the palazzo with a beautiful roof terrace overlooking the "eternal city".
inspired by the informal style of izakaya dining, zuma show cases its modern japanese cuisine that is famously authentic but not traditional. dishes - designed to be shared - are created in three different cooking styles: the main kitchen, sushi counter and the robata grill offering a variety of textures and tastes .
