as with each ZUMA since the first
one opened in london in 2002,
muramatsu preserves the concept
behind ZUMA's interior, while
incorporating the natural products
and textures present in each location

    of natural earth tones,
    the floor and walls of
    the main dining area
    are made up of earth-
    tone granite, with
    japanese rice paper
    panels extending from
    the ceiling. the dining
    tables are imported
    indonesian wood

    offers a variety of
    market fresh sashimi,
    nigiri and maki sushi.
    ZUMA's open-flamed
    robata grill is inspired
    by the age-old
    cooking style of the
    northern japanese
    fisherman.
    at the robata, a fine
    selection of meats,
    poultry, seafood and
    seasonal vegetables
    are grilled over
    charcoal

    sharing table and up-lit
    bamboo walls, creates
    an intimate environment
